Unfortunately, we are not able to edit your order or address information after your order has been placed.
- I experience problems during checkout – what do I do?

- Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we will email you your tracking number, when your order has been dispatched.
- Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange service - instead your order will be refunded and you can place a new order.
- How do I return my order?

- How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Please allow for 2-3 business days after we have received your return until your refund is complete.
- What is the delivery time?
We deliver within 5-7 business days with DPD.
